SCO Launches First End-User Lawsuit

Darl McBride, chief executive officer of the SCO Group, said on Tuesday that his
company has launched its first lawsuit against a Linux user for allegedly violating the company’s intellectual property rights, according to a report
by IDG News Service. The identity of the end-user was not released.
