Sesco Linux to Open R&D Center in Bangalore

Sesco Linux Spokesman writes “Sesco Linux is looking for engineering talent in India, part of the continuing trend in the UK/USA of mining Indian minds, and a development that is frequently oversimplified as outsourcing.

Sesco Linux the UK based company will open a research, development and support center in Bangalore, India the company announced Friday.

Sesco Linux has completed the formalities of registering the company in India and will be operating under the name SESCO INFORMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED. It will be Sescos first R&D/support center outside the UK, The Bangalore center is expected to hire about 45 engineers.

Sesco Linuxs master mind is in fact from India, and he will be going to Bangalore to help start the India operations. Bangalore-born Ravi Kashyap, who started Sesco Linux, will be in Bangalore during May 2004 with other R&D folks to hire new engineering talent there. Ravi is Internationally oriented, extensively worked in south East Asian countries & UK in IT Industry.”
