The Small Computer System Interface (SCSI)

Anonymous Reader writes "The SCSI standard is a parallel interface standard that traditionally handled up to 160 MBps in data transmission and allowed users to connect several devices to a single port. SCSI has a reputation as one of the oldest and most widely respected standards in computing, but it also has a reputation for poor price and performance and amazing quirkiness."
