From Australian IT: “Sony has downplayed concerns the Australian launch of PlayStation2 could see a repeat of the violence that marred the US release last month. Sony Computer Entertainment Australia managing director Michael Ephraim said he expected PS2 would sell out within the first week of its November 30 launch but Australian consumers were generally better behaved than their US counterparts.”
