Sun Microsystems’ OpenSparc initiative has released the UltraSparc Architecture 2005 and HyperVisor API specifications to help jumpstart the porting of Linux, BSD and other operating systems, middleware and applications to the UltraSparc T1 processor with CoolThreads technology.
