Sybase, Inc. today announced that Sybase?s enterprise-class, relational database management system, Adaptive Server® Enterprise (ASE) on Linux version will run on IBM?s eServer? OpenPower? platform. The companies will market Sybase ASE worldwide. Sybase ASE for Linux on the IBM OpenPower Platform, scheduled to be available in Q1 2005, provides customers with a high-performance, cost-effective data management solution.
