It will buy SECA SA, which owns a 65 per cent stake in MMStar SAS, the company’s existing French joint venture company, from Advanstar Holdings for $2.23m (£1.3m) in cash.
It will also purchase the Solutions Linux exhibition for a maximum €3m (£2.1m) cash.
