Tech lobby opposing open-source software

Cooper Stevenson writes ""SALEM -- Some of the heaviest national hitters in technology policy -- fearing a national precedent -- sent representatives to Oregon on Thursday to block a grassroots effort to persuade the state government to consider purchasing nonmainstream software."
