Andy Updegrove writes “For the last four months, Mass. CIO Peter Quinn has been bearing the brunt of moving the world somewhere it needs to go. His reward has been false charges in the press, undermining of his authority in the State House, and (we now know) obstruction on a daily basis of his efforts to attend to the peoples’ business. It’s time to say thanks to Peter, to carry on where he left off – and to give him some much needed peace and privacy.”
