Top Wall Street banks face collusion lawsuit

The Straits Times reports on a lawsuit accusing seven
investment banks of collusion and violating antitrust laws in their allocation of
sought-after initial public offers.

"Lawyers in this latest case said that while other class-action suits have been
filed since the probe was announced, those were all based on the offering of
