Microsoft is knocking off two birds with one stone. In this case, the stone is taking aim at both the antitrust hawks at the European Commission and the legal eagles with the Department of Justice.
Both antitrust agencies are requiring the software giant to submit protocol information to make it easier for rivals to develop interoperable products that work with Windows PCs and servers.
