Anonymous Reader writes “Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) update has been released to PC manufacturers and is expected to be widely available to home users for free in late August.
Microsoft is advising customers not to download this version, which is around 272MB, if they are updating just one computer. A smaller one will be released for single computer users later this month.”
