Thanks to the tireless efforts of Bruno Souza and other Brazilian activists, the great work going on in Brazil has been widely talked about. I hadn’t heard anything about Venezuelan open source, though, until Jeff Zucker dropped me a line. He’d just returned from a conference there and was blown away by the magnitude of the whole country’s focus on free and open source projects. Jeff has kindly written a Radar guest blog entry about what he’d seen and why it should be on your radar.
