Yahoo News, ABCNews.com and FoxNews.com have been
slow to respond.
Keynote Systems, which measures Internet performance, said that by late morning the Web sites it
tracks were taking slightly longer to reach–more than four seconds, instead of the average 3.5
seconds.”
