Y-Bio Cluster enables bioinformaticists to conduct research in the time required to apply power, log-in, and upload data. No configuration nor system administration experience is required. Terra Soft ships the cluster with the base user accounts pre-configured and pre-tested by the end-user via remote connection.

Through Moab, Y-Bio Cluster users submit and manage workload via the Web interface. Moab empowers the cluster Admin to schedule, report, and monitor jobs; visually track architecture, OS, status, and CPU utilization; reserve, on-line / off-line connectivity, and cycle power nodes through a single desktop Java application. Both user and admin tools function with OSX, Windows, and Linux desktops with little to no training.
