Yellow Dog Linux 3.0
Dan Burcaw writes "Terra Soft Solutions has announced Yellow Dog Linux 3.0 for PowerPC. Featured changes include the move to Red Hat's Anaconda installer, gcc 3.2.1, XFree86 4.3, GNOME 2.2, KDE 3.1, and much more. The update also includes support for the Apple 12" PowerBook G4, Apple eMac, and a slew of other previously unsupported hardware. Retail packages are expected to ship in April, with ISO images available now to YDL.Net Enhanced subscribers."
