Anonymous Reader writes “BeOS users rejoice, it seems that BeOS is making a real come back. The German company yellowTAB started selling their Zeta operating system (based on an unreleased BeOS 6 codeline with lots of enhancements and new drivers) with hardware: buyers can get fully supported systems: Centrino laptop, P4 and AthlonXP-based desktops. Alternatively, you can buy the Zeta 1.0-RC1 OS stand-alone (with free upgrade to 1.0 when it comes out later this quarter). This is the *first* commercial release of BeOS or derivative OS since March 2000, when Be was releasing BeOS 5.0. More information here along with a screenshot of Zeta.”
