VA Linux gets battered after restating estimates

IDG.net says: “VA Linux Systems Inc. got hammered on the Nasdaq stock market
Wednesday after issuing an earnings warning late Tuesday. In
addition, a law firm announced a class action suit against the
company, alleging misconduct surrounding its IPO.” Actually, a few of us got hammered on cheap bourbon Wednesday… it’s a lot more affordable than even the Nasdaq. (ed. note: VA Linux owns Newsforge.)
