Perl Journal picked up by CMP

From a press release at SAmag.com: Sys Admin, CMP Media LLC’s journal for UNIX
systems administrators, announced today the addition of Readable Publications’ The Perl Journal (TPJ).
Jon Orwant, President of Readable Publications, launched The Perl Journal in 1996. More recently, the
quarterly publication had been part of EarthWeb Inc. Earlier this year, EarthWeb divested itself of all editorial
products, and in April 2001 control of TPJ reverted to Readable Publications.

Easy Software Products releases ESP Print Pro v4.1.9

the release of ESP Print Pro v4.1.9, a complete printing solution for UNIX®. The
product is based on the company’s Common UNIX Printing System technology
and supports Digital UNIX, HP-UX, IRIX, Linux, and Solaris.

ESP Print Pro v4.1.9 is a bug fix release and includes no new printer drivers.

ESP Package Manager 3.0 released

From LinuxPR: Easy Software Products today announced
the 3.0 release of the ESP Package Manager (“EPM”), a cross-platform
software distribution program for UNIX.

EPM v3.0 adds support for AIX, FreeBSD, NetBSD, and OpenBSD packages, a
new graphical setup program, a new packaging manual, and a new install
command replacement that builds list files.
