Anonymous Reader writes “A loss of business from one charity isn’t necessarily big news, but it’s interesting that high-profile Microsoft blogger Robert Scoble linked the customer’s rationale giving the ten reasons for the switch, in an attempt to rally the troops at Redmond to do better in the future. I know from my own experience that this is a risky thing to do, even using internal corporate email. Large corporations generally don’t appreciate messengers of bad news.”
