Sabayon

Image
Specifications
Sabayon is a Gentoo based operating system that comes in either Gnome or KDE flavors. Its main philosophies are OOTB (Out Of The Box) and KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). It accomplishes these philosophies by having pre-installed media codecs, drivers, plug-ins, and by having Entropy as its main package management to compliment Portage by reducing installation time with binary packages. Like Gentoo, Sabayon is a rolling release distribution, it but differs in that it also has short release snapshots that usually comes in DVD format.
