arny writes "Bluewhite64 Linux turns 1 year today! Thanks to all for using it!

I have the joy of presenting a development release, bluewhite64-current-30052007 DVD ISO (Code Name: One Year Of Bluewhite64).

This release is using the latest stable kernel (IA-32 emulation enabled) with all major file systems (EXT2/EXT3/JFS/XFS/REISERFS) and IDE/SCSI/SATA controllers built in. Among the new addition, I have added the lib based IA32 emulation which can be found in the testing directory. Before using this please read the IA32-EMULATION.TXT file.

Also, you will find GCC 4.1.2, glibc 2.5, binutils-, a modularized server version 1.3, window managers - latest KDE 3.5.7 (including Amarok 1.4.5 audio player and K3B 1.0.1 CD/DVD burner) and XFce 4.4.1, updated development tools, the Subversion version control system, the Mozilla Firefox browser and Mozilla Thunderbird email and news client, SeaMonkey 1.1.1, Httpd 2.2.4 web server with php-5.2.2, Mysql 5.0.37 and much more.

For a complete list of changes since Bluewhite64 11.0, check out the Bluewhite64-current ChangeLog page or read the CHANGES_AND_HINTS.TXT file which contain essential informations about packages addition and removal.
